Pros
Good salary and benefits, new senior management, many good-friendly people to work with. This company is trying to change and become a well-rounded company.
Cons
If you're a Product Manager, F5 isn't the place for you. This is an engineering-focus company and engineering with do what they want - regardless of what what committed. A recent re-org placed product management under the CTO - makes it even worse. Severe lack of team work and collaboration, the company places a high priority of big egos and down-right unprofessional people - a friendly work environment is not important here.
