Pros
Good benefits, niche technology, work/life balance highly depends on department and manager
Cons
Used to be a people first, moved away from that with most of those that cared about that, both senior execs and mid-level leaving the company. Tried agile but didn't work, fired everybody and went back to some waterfall hybrid, they call agile but is not. Worst is that both Dev and PM orgs are now managed top-down with no regard to anybody's input. Very toxic.
