8yI’m sorry to hear you wouldn’t recommend FDM after 3 years and especially your thoughts on the training received. The training is developed specifically to ensure our people excel on client sites and are able to start making a difference from day one. We do ask for a commitment of two years, which repays the initial training cost and gives security to our clients. For you though this also means you have two years (or three in your case) of solid commercial experience with our client base. We are as transparent as possible and go through the model as well as all the terms and conditions to everyone who joins the programme multiple times. We have a number of support programmes in place to ensure that our consultants are able to easily contact someone at FDM whenever they need to. These include consultant peer support ambassadors, relationships managers, business development managers, as well as HR and account management support. We also have an established mentoring programme. All of these initiatives are designed to support our people in their careers. I do accept that communication can always be improved and we have recently made a number of changes that will have a big impact here.
