Pros
- They were supportive, and my account manager was professional and friendly. He is thoughtful and even reached out after I had left. - I liked the rigorous assessment centre - Good class sizes, built a good rapport with everyone and still in touch with many today
Cons
- I was an exceptional case (from those I know at FDM), in that I started on the client site before I had completed my training. Therefore I felt nervous about my abilities to deliver high quality code, especially as I didn't have prior experience of coding in the particular language that I was working in. - Training can be a bit full-on, but it is good for keeping it in your mind.
