      Micro Management, Political. Currently hiring based on ability to check diversity boxes, not hiring based on character, work ethic or ability. In most cases will not support remote work. Diversity is turning into discrimination at FEMA.

      Work life balance is good. You come, you do your work, you go home. Casual work environment. Hybrid, but a lot of flexibility to be remote

      If you're not ex-Military or an older white man, you'll have respect performed to you but not actually given. You might be in the room, but you'll be ignored or talked over.
