* Good for nothing, * if you just want to sit and get salary and listen to non Certified ,under knowledge Manager , who knows nothing about work culture . And is not PMP certified. You are at right place.
Cons
*Titles and grades given are just for name sake. * NO employee Value, You will be heard but , Mgmt will not understand you or will ignore your concerns. * No Learning factor . There is a lot to say , but its better no to mention .
