A company in serious need of proper management - Anonymous employee FMC Employee Review

There is no one managing this company. The turnover rate is incredibly high and they don't seem to invest in their staff. Basic business functions are completely failing which should not be happening in such an established company. In terms of culture, the company is very male dominant and older.
