Company culture shift - Administrative FMC Employee Review

The company culture is shifting. It used to be a good place to work. The SAP implementation is complete but enterprise enhancements and improvements will be required for years. There are way too many problems to fix at FMC right now. Also let’s update the CEO listing on Glassdoor - Pierre is no longer in charge and you feel it. People matter. Yes we can all be replaced but “brain drain” is occurring. If you are working in R&D (don’t work with SAP) your role will be OK.
