Pros
I joined during the peak of its good times I think, end of 2023, but now in 2025 things have changed, especially management. I would miss the people at most, but other than that, nothing much. The benefits could have been better, especially the pay. Not much worker retention.
Cons
People will leave, not stay for a long time.
