Pros
I love that they have a system, that if you work it, you can be earning money from the start. The support on products is phenomenal and i was able to sell 2 annuities my first 2 months in the business. I love the weekly sales calls which are very positive and helpful. The commission structure is the best in the industry!!
Cons
Not any really..i think they have a great philosophy.
