Ridiculous - DoT Driver Fastenal Employee Review

Terrible management most of the supervisors for transportation are quitting or has quit the manager generally doesn’t know what he’s doing and doesn’t keep his word on anything. If you switch from route to any hub, they will stick you with the route pay even if you switched to a hub they don’t offer a job offer letter which I find sketchy. The benefits are terrible. There is a zero work life balance and apparently if you’re a driver, you’re supposed to be doing everything the manager asked, including Yard Jockey, 3PL, routes or hub driving (long haul) . You will also be told to illegally mess with your ELD to save time.
