Pros
Good people to work with. Very good part time job. Excellent learning .
Cons
Terrible pay. Every time you start to get ahead and make decent money the" system " changes. In the past three years I have seen at least 4 different pay"restructures" ALL have been pay cuts either for OS or GM . Turnover is terrible. Upward mobility is non-existent. 50 hr workweek for 26k and VERY high stress.
