Pros
Great training ground for someone to get their feet wet for sales. Good training in product sourcing. Good sales training theory assets. If you get a good manager you can make enough to live on and learn a lot.
Cons
Terrible pay, terrible job security, terrible commissions. I worked here for 5 years including part time experience before taking a chance and changing companies. Nearly doubled my yearly salary in one job change. They will fire or move you in a very short amount of time in order to prevent you building too deep a relationship with customers and be in a place to expect a higher salary.
