Pros
Laid back, learning oppertunity, bonus if EVERYONE does good. Advancment even if they are not quailifed. Plenty of hours
Cons
Worked there roughly 3 yrs was only allowed to take one week off. People are put in managment position who are not qualified and are very young. Mangers that work their butt off bonuses hurt because of the others smoking or sleeping.employees break machines and let them set and dont say anything to anyone. It was the"not me guy" need to take more responsibility
