Pros

- great opportunity to grow within the organization - excellent benefits (insurance, vacation, etc) - competitive pay (a lot of which is determined by the work you do) - growing organization with great financial stability - opportunity to move domestically or internationally - ability to travel and experience things most don't get to

Cons

- expectations to/from 'the street' seem unattainable in the long-term - sometimes difficult for local representatives to see the big picture - international presence needs focus - pay structure for some departments seems to change too often - from time to time it feels like we forget we're a multi-billion dollar organization

Pros

Lots of responsibility. Decentralized company, which can work in your favor.

Cons

Pay is low based on competitors. Politics, lots of it. Cost-centers everywhere. Everyone has to make money off the branches: the hub, NA, regions, support, etc. Being a GM is probably one of the hardest jobs. Your job on the lean team is to support NA and the branch. It is hard to fully support both at the same time. It is a balancing act that frequently is blamed on you. Frequently, your coworkers just want to put their name on your work and create problems because of their egos.
