Pros
Highly dependent on the location, but generally a good culture throughout. Plenty of opportunity to move within the company, many avenues for growth. 401K plan is pretty good so far. In house employee education is robust and helpful.
Cons
Benefits are lacking. PTO - while "standard" - is poor, and unable to negotiate for more. Medical insurance is poor. Everything is "competitive/industry standard" but industry standard is bottom rate. No tuition reimbursement. Pay of non-sales oriented support positions are still tied to sales outcomes.
