Toxic Senior Management, blame culture within company, no quality or truthful attitudes to work or customers, poor training, low pay, long hours, no promotional opportunity, cold warehouses, asked to deliver in dangerous conditions in vans not fit to drive, poor health and safety attitude, hiding failings of product from customers, quality and labs designed to look good but nobody wants to work in those departments, asked to achieve the impossible, boys club attitude and favouritism to a few regardless of their incompetence, bonus taken by District managers away from sales support workers, high turnover of employees.
