Pros
-VERY flexible schedule (helps to balance my full-time education) -many opportunities to learn and given a lot of responsibility/learning experiences with outside deliveries and computer knowledge -decent pay for part-time/college student -love love love the work culture (everyone is pretty down to earth, get along despite our differences, and many of us are friends outside of work
Cons
-transition to full time would be difficult given the little pay for certain roles -when hiring a new manager at our location, they favored a friend of the district manager (who worked at a different location and had bad metrics) instead of the person that went above and beyond for sales (and already worked at that location).
