Shipping perks Health benefits Traveling perks( if you have patience to use them) They increased their vacation time this year, revising 401k. Taking care of employees during covid. They never really fire people until u have done smthng reallly reallly unethical.
Cons
1. Oppotunities to improve when it comes to people management skills, you are expected to run so many projects at the same time inturns affect the quality and then the blame game is bad. No hiring. Excess amount of work. So much dependency on contractors, who keeps on rotating and changing. 2. COMPENSATION- in a big city, despite having an advanced degree, the compensation very very very less for a senior role. people didnt really like to work in my BU. 20% of people did 80% of the work. So it can be a pro, as you can hide if you dont want to work. I cant say for other teams.
