Pros
Best location in Memphis, TN to work as an IT professional. Atmosphere is very casual. Basically, employees can do what they want, but that isn't always a good thing. Employees never feel too greatly pressured. Most management is very hands off. Company offers a very good balance between work and life. If you have a sick child, take off. No questions. If you have a family emergency, take off. No questions asked.
Cons
Compensation is good for the area but not on par with other world class companies. Benefits are sub-par for a company with 500K+ employees. Senior/Executive Management is pathetic. Lots of employees take advantage of the relaxed atmosphere and don't get their work done and it falls to other people. The folks doing the extra work don't get compensated accordingly and the folks not doing the work don't get "punished".
