Pros

Management and HR have people first policy. Organization has teams with diverse ethnic and professional background which helps employees to develop strong conflict resolution, sportive spirit, relationship and team skills. Team members on many projects are spread across the country and on corporate projects members are drawn from international locations. This is both challenging for those that lack experience in working with large teams and helps develop project mgmt experience with national and international members. This company has very good reward system, tution reimbursement and many certification classes without charge. Professional growth, discipline, setting targets, goals and innovation is supported strongly through quarterly or monthly performance reviews using 1-on-1 sessions. Entire management has a candid open door policy for discussions that involve objectives, personal and professional growth with employees though it is important as professional ethics to schedule an appointment first. Also focus on work-life balance is wonderful. Management encourages innovation and loves "can do" positive attitudes. Also after work, I participated in more types of sports with other employees while working for this esteemed organization than in my entire adult and education life.

Cons

Managers may appear to be hard to please on important projects since they want you to earn the professional and personal growth. Almost all of them balance it with a very good reward system. Middle and top management also challenge and demand performance from the managers equally. So better be prepared.

Pros

Great flexibility with scheduling, which makes it incredibly easy to balance with school or other external commitments. The team environment is supportive, and the management generally respects your availability

Cons

The physical workload can be quite demanding and tiring, especially during peak seasons. Depending on the shift, communication across different teams can sometimes feel a bit unorganized.

Pros

Easy to apply, fast to get hired (no interview process) and the pay

Cons

Very rude management, lack of care for safety, no drinkable water (all filters are in the red and have been since I started) They have cameras everywhere and are constantly watching you but say you can’t bring your own phone in because “people steal them”? There is junk everywhere. Lots of trash everywhere (employees drinks and food). They want you to work and eat on the line instead of giving you breaks to do so. They get upset when you use the bathroom or fill your water bottle even if you’ve been working for 3 hours straight but if you clock in at an area 2 min walking distance from your work area you’re “stealing time” I’ve noticed people of color get treated differently. The HR department has some of the most prejudice employees so there’s no real equality if you have conflict with someone. I’ve never been, but it feels like a prison to go in and out of the building and lastly you don’t work a consistent schedule. You leave when they say you can.
