Business Outlook
Pros
The medium company size allows opportunities to do impactful work and to work with many different departments. I worked on many product development projects that spanned the product life cycle, which helped me acquire many different skills.
Cons
Internship tasks and long-term goals can be disorganized at times, although understandable because of the highly variable cycles in workload among coworkers.

Thank you for your review. We will be continuing to grow our internship opportunities, and we hope others have an experience as rewarding as you did!
The company went through way too many changes in a very short amount of time. Internal communication was honestly pretty bad. Senior management’s strategy and execution were often confusing and inconsistent. There were too many initiatives and priorities happening at once, which caused a lot of confusion. Some people were great, some weren’t. The pay was good, but the benefits were not.
