Pros
Finishline provides lots of Opportunities Employee staff is very friendly and helpful. The organization structure fairly flat and Vice Presidents and above have pretty open doors.
Cons
Long Hours are had. Especially in the technical departments. Been multiple occasions where we have worked 24+ hours straight without returning home. Management (Director Level / Vice President) seem to be lacking the importance at times and have conflicting ideas. Most in other departments have tunnel vision on how the affect their colleagues and sometimes don't come together to make a win/win scenario for both teams.
