      Company does not initiate background checks and requires an applicant to provide all documentation such as W2s to verify employment. First Advantage makes NO attempts to do the searches themselves.

      Pros

      Remote first company Once out of operations you really manage your own time.

      Cons

      Excessive Workloads Poor choice in Team Leads Don’t get sick and if you do pray it doesn’t last longer than your FMLA 12 weeks because they will fire you! Even after 8 years of employment. Even when it is documented that they are responsible for the health issues caused by burnout!
