Pros
flexible schedule. if you have a good supervisor it makes all the difference here. Most are not though. You will only get promoted in any bank line if you are not that successful. Very successful employees are threat to middle management and you will be rode hard until you leave.
Cons
Very toxic middle management in all lines of business. Unbelievably poor hires in wealth and bank leadership that it is almost comical. Leadership in wealth has turned over so much that anyone that is strong and qualified will not apply anymore.
