Way to strict, no room for small error . Also management has no clue on how to run a call center . To busy looking for someone to write up especially about something stupid instead of just coaching the rep. Unable to use the restroom outside of your breaks and lunches. Beware that when they feel like taking your hour lunch and giving you 30 mins they will do so. Oh this is a big one make sure you suck up to the customer because if you don't you will fail the call. This dept is ran by people who don't know anything and what they fail to realize is eventually they will fire them also. Not a stable place to work. Have an assist line who has some really nasty people helping you funny thing is they allow that behavior.
