Pros
Honestly, there is nothing there anymore to be excited or grateful for. It truly is a "who you know" workplace. So dont bother busting your butt, it gets you nowhere. You cant even get a "thank you" for 12 hours of trying to get a machine to run.
Cons
Every ounce of management is the core issue. You can listen to the Damaghi family speak about what they want and expect and that goes in one ear and out the other with the overpaid retards running the place. Hell, we've had a leaking roof in our 3 main buildings for over 5 years, but hey, here is some ice cream for busting your nuts and risking your safety everyday.
