Pros

Some of the people are great

Low wage, no feedback except when aistake is made, uses blame and shame to motivate. Empty promises regarding changes to over-complicated and unnecessary procedures. Lack of support. Work forced on already overloaded workers, and when you can't perform to unrealistic expectations, workers are covertly accused of laziness. Managers tell you one thing then do something different. Very negative attitude, in fighting between departments hidden by fake professionalism and kindness. Uses degradation to chastise workers, etc etc etc. Do not work here unless you are into masochism. You will be worked to the bone, and when you can't produce anymore and want to leave, you are cast aside for fresh workers.

Pros

At the time, I was working overnight at a condominium, and the quiet environment gave me the opportunity to focus on my schoolwork since there was very little activity throughout the building. The team I worked with was incredible, they made me feel like I was part of a family, which made the job even more enjoyable and rewarding.

Cons

Working the graveyard shift can significantly affect a person's sleep schedule and overall sleep quality.

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
