Pros

They have a training and development department and teach classes in the corporate offices. They post a calendar and you can choose what classes to take. Trainers are really great at their job and know how to convey information

Cons

Since you are usually working in a "onsite property location" you need to ask for that half day "off" to got o class. The manager of the site chooses to let you or not attend the classes you want. and although they are considered a work related "meeting" , some managers want you to discount it from your PTO or sick days. so you are at the mercy of the site manager, and if you like them or not.

Pros

At the time, I was working overnight at a condominium, and the quiet environment gave me the opportunity to focus on my schoolwork since there was very little activity throughout the building. The team I worked with was incredible, they made me feel like I was part of a family, which made the job even more enjoyable and rewarding.

Cons

Working the graveyard shift can significantly affect a person's sleep schedule and overall sleep quality.

Pros

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
