Pros

Always hiring, great HR team, great Onboarding team, lots of employee perks like free vendor swag and free food

Cons

The relationship between Resident Support Services and Community Management could be better. The available resources RSS had were limited and did not always apply to every community. Communication and responsibilities were blurry between RSS and Community Management. There is insufficient manpower to support all inquiries with high quality and precision.

Pros

At the time, I was working overnight at a condominium, and the quiet environment gave me the opportunity to focus on my schoolwork since there was very little activity throughout the building. The team I worked with was incredible, they made me feel like I was part of a family, which made the job even more enjoyable and rewarding.

Cons

Working the graveyard shift can significantly affect a person's sleep schedule and overall sleep quality.

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
