Pros
The benefits were very good, and the hours were very reasonable. There are some industry leaders who are well respected in their fields.
Cons
Most people at Fitch are very mediocre -- with some exceptions, the talented people were miserable and left as soon as they could. It is not an innovative place to work at all, and managers and executives often seemed clueless and incompetent.
