Pros
Get paid weekly, people you work with are good
Cons
No good benefit packages, Poor management, no yearly raises like promised, 401k match is worthless they only match 1%, they require you to work 40 hrs but you have to bill out 60+ hrs required not just for performance bonus, they treat employees like they are just numbers and give the minimum possible contributions and allowances to employees (like sick time etc). No work life balance. They don’t care if you are sick or hit a deer there is “no excuse” for missing work regardless of how much sick time you have. Good luck taking any vacation because once busy season hits the management is told not to allow vacation time to be used but then can only roll over 40 hrs. Can’t get it paid out at the end of the year and you are required to use that 40 rolled over within the Q1 of the next year or you loose it anyway
