Pros
Great experience for entry level IT related positions.
Cons
When I first started at the beginning of the year we were working 60 hours mandatory. Eventually they decided to cut our hours because they had hired on too many people. People who didn't know a single thing about what they were doing. I'm surprised they let people like that through the door for an interview, let alone hiring them. After the work shortage, we had to work less than 40 hours. You'd be lucky if you got 35 hours. Most people sat around doing nothing, or sat on the same laptop for a few hours after most of the work was gone. Those who tried to do more work and show off did the 'failed' units. Most of which were always available in the morning. But with idiots running around grabbing the failed laptops early on, they left nothing to be done in the evening for anybody to achieve 40 hours. Now they say they're paying more and their hours have gone up. That is wrong. Everything about this company and their hiring standards is just wrong.
