Business Outlook
Pros
The people and overall culture make Flexware an enjoyable place to work. The pace of change since being acquired by Hitachi is staggering and overall positive, but not without challenges. I see far more upside in the future than down.
Cons
The growth has put a strain on what was once a solid culture. The culture hasn't been completely lost, but it's certainly changed - for the time being.
