      Pros

      Good company 1/2 day Fridays, Corporate office closes for a week during holidays w/pay. Opportunity for advancement, 8wks parental leave, business casual attire under new leadership that is genuinely concerned about employees well-being & welfare.

      Cons

      Like most corporations communication is a downfall but has improved under new leadership.

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

      Pros

      A lot of good people working here.

      Cons

      Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
