      Pros

      Good Salary, great co-workers, bonus based on the companies performance. Good benefits. 401k matching, life insurance.

      Cons

      Almost impossible to get a descent raise without out having another job offer. The better you are at your job the more work they give you and they will never reward you for it. Layoffs every few years. If you are new or the highest paid you are first to go no matter how good you are.

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.
