The only thing constant is change. Upper management changes every few years and each leader want to make their mark then leave. Currently going through some major changes to business systems. Advertised total compensation consistently is not met, i.e. expect your bonus to be 50 - 70% of what your offer states. Company is highly leveraged on oil & gas than expanding market opportunities.
