      i have been working at Flowserve for almost three months, and my experience has been very positive so far. the work Enviromint is professional and supportive, and the team is highly collaborative. there is a strong focus on continues development, whether through training or knowledge sharing among colleagues. the management provides clear guidance while being open to employee feedback. I feel like part of a strong team and look forward to growing within the company.

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

      A lot of good people working here.

      Cons

      Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
