Pros
1. Excellent career development opportunities are available, 2. Working environment and culture is good and they in general value your family life. 3. You will get to work on projects an technology which you wont get in other companies in India. 4. Depending on your quality of work the compensation is good.
Cons
1. Although many opportunities beyond our regular jobs (like site visits, assignments) are available but it is unclear how management selects what they select. Hence making the job very monotonous for even the most self motivated employee. 2. The management over past few years has been unable to connect to employees. The head of department barely know all the people in their own department. 3. A large number of people hired over last few years are not justice to the remuneration they are getting.
