The pay is great, the scenery changes, and you will get project experiences few people will have.
Cons
If you ever get caught without a project to work on you will be laid off. NEVER trust the management..no matter how many raises, bonuses, or promotions you get, not matter how awesome your performance reviews are, you are expendable.
