      Very laid back working atmosphere and work schedule.

      Most management are biased towards the chinese and have a double standards for the none chinese speakers.

      1. WLB is good. Working hours are flexible. I can go to the office at 11 2. No politics in the office 3. No micro-management

      The only down side is the pay for an enterprise sales rep is low compared to industry average.
