      Exceptional product and easy to sell once you are in the door. Sales Engineers are great group and helpful.

      Cons

      Lacks marketing and thus difficult to get in the door with customers. Team communications could be better.

      1. WLB is good. Working hours are flexible. I can go to the office at 11 2. No politics in the office 3. No micro-management
