      It is a joke with current inflation that annual base increase still at 5ish%. I feel there are only two level of staff, very new grad and very old sde. People in middle just leave.

      1. WLB is good. Working hours are flexible. I can go to the office at 11 2. No politics in the office 3. No micro-management

      Excellent company to work for. Great resources. Future is bright at Fortinet

      Cons

      The only down side is the pay for an enterprise sales rep is low compared to industry average.
