      Good local culture. Fun events to bring customers in. Good products even if individual products aren't the leaders.

      Cons

      Pressure to perform QoQ. Better to be middle of the pack than have a standout Q then get cut the next for missing numbers.

      The only down side is the pay for an enterprise sales rep is low compared to industry average.
