you learn a lot because you have to. Coworkers are nice.
Cons
I'm a front end engineer, but I'm assigned tasks for system administrators and senior full stack developers. That should be red flag enough. My achievements go unnoticed and I feel like the only people that recognize me are my coworkers. Management doesn't seem to care.
