Pros
The pay and the benefits are good, I dont have to drive downtown in traffic, or park in hospital parking buildings. I love my schedule, and they are very flexible with my work days. I feel like my job is secure, which is important to me. And when I leave work, no matter how tired I am, I feel like I earned my money, and the company got what they paid me for, plus some.
Cons
The hours are terrible, they insist at starting at 5:00 in the morning, which means getting up at 3:00 am for most workers. Impossible to find daycare for these hours. You never see or hear from upper mgmt, unless there is trouble. The education program in place is very ineffective, and throughout the company, everyone does things differently.
