Frontier Software really care about their employee's and offer strong opportunities for development and growth. Like any technology company the pace is fast and changing with a focus on customer satisfaction and product development.
Cons
Head office needs were sometimes given a higher importance than those in other branches requiring escalation to ensure action was directed towards resolving regional requirements.
