Pros
On the positive side, the company has produced some of the best kids products I have seen.
Cons
Frankly, it's hard to write something more than what has already been said. In this case the reviews are right. Don't believe the positive post either as the company has HR write those. In the end, great product horrible management. The founder just doesn't get it. Its his private playground. Until he changes there will never be real talent at the company. Stay away!
