Pros
The management tries to create positive tangibles - Kitchen snacks, catering 1-2 times a week, and we are moving to a new building with more amenities (coffee bar, pool table, etc) Depending who you work under, there is a chance to learn a lot
Cons
As many have mentioned, the management surrounds themselves with yes-men, and don't make a real effort to communicate, or get different work groups aligned on projects. Information is scattered, and communication is terse and political. Very exhausting getting anything done, and when you do it will be changed from the top. Long hours, little life balance. Days full of busy work and micromanaged tasks to fill up a 12 hour work day.
