      Pros

      High degree of autonomy, ok pay, good manager. Products were easy to get behind adn was genuinely fun to roll out the brand.

      Cons

      Company was run poorly. Goals, priorities, targets, expectations changed pretty randomly. No PTO, benefits were meh, no room for advancement.
